About Us
- We are students of Yu's Academy of Martial Arts in Connecticut. We want to help empower more women and girls by teaching them how they can keep themselves strong, safe and confident through basic self defense training. We are working with the women of Soroptimist to bring this important service project to our community. We hope that you'll join us for an upcoming womens self defense workshop.
